In an attempt both to pretend it is actually spring, and to feel like I have more clothes, I got some of my summer dresses down and have been layering them. I didn't realize just how many layers I had on today until I drew them!

I've been having trouble making outfits in the morning. I keep fantasizing about putting on a summer dress and not having to layer it with sweaters and scarves and tights and wool socks and boots. Unfortunately, it is only the beginning of February...

What's Keeping Me Busy...

Where did January go? I have a new website! Thanks Zack! More images coming soon. Also I've decided to put myself on a schedule with this blog. I think I will update once a week, on Saturday or Sunday. Then, once school is over (last semester!), I'm going to start something new, and be done draw draw drawing. Ok, we'll see if I can stick to my plan...

Merry Christmas!

My husband and I had our own Christmas a week ago, which resulted in these two ornaments. I got him the gnome at Sprout Home, and he got me a wonder wonder necklace from Etsy. I like to put pretty tags on the tree. Happy Holidays!

Outfit #61

I don't know where November went! School is still keeping me busy, but I wanted to drop in and say HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Also, I have been wearing my un scarf nearly everyday since I got it.

Lying in Bed Outfit

I took another break. First school got in the way of blogging, then I caught some kind of flu on Thursday. I had to venture out in the world today to go to school for a meeting, then as I arrived home a little achey and still kind of tired, I found that my UN scarf had arrived! So I incorporated it into my lying in bed outfit. Tomorrow it will get to go out into the world in a real outfit. It is the perfect shade of dark purple--I didn't have quite the right colored pencil to capture it!

Sorry for the light posting--school started and it's wearing me out! I was to the farmer's market the past two weeks, but didn't have time to draw my veggies. Here are this week's picks, I just used leeks, peppers, and potatoes in a stew.
